Sevis reinstatement denied.

helllo guys im here to share my story. im a f1 student from india, came us to do bachelors. in march 2025 my sevis terminated because of below of 12 credit hours, my famliy memebers passed away wasnt able attend classes. i filed reinstatement and i got rfe submitted death certificate and they asked for bank statements , i20s and transprits and etc.. in april 30 and submitted that , on june 10 it my casem my deneyed because of 1) i havent submit engough evidence for regarding death of my famliy member 2) havent submitted the inital i20, instead oi submiited reinstatement i20, 3) all transprits , i transformed from one college to another college and i forgot to submit the tranbscrpits from previous college and the final reason is 4) a letter from dso that my stituation would qualify for medical course load. but uscis gave me an option to file a motion to reopen this case form i-290B. because of those 4 reasons my case got denied for lack of proper documentation.
