Insurance denial (MVP)

Hi all! I started my wegovy injections back in December and have made my way to losing 50 lbs. Three weeks ago when I called for my refill my insurance denied the coverage so I had to stop. Their reasoning was I needed to be participating in weight management/loss program which had never been communicated with me prior. Had anyone encountered this with MVP and found something that qualifies? I tried asking them directly and they maybe noom or weight watchers but they weren't sure.
