Wave bands question

Question - when hiyuki reruns can I buy the wavebands for her right away?

I have her at S1R1 and I have about 560 corals so hopefully by the time she re runs I’ll have 720 to get her to S3

I don’t have astrites from lucilla/r1, Lucy/r1 pulls lol… drained everything I got

And hopefully save up for quinxao(??) the swords girl in 3.6 that was leaked and maybe suisui idk
