With xTool O1 Omni Printer, we built Smart Cycle 2.0 to make maintenance more automatic, more predictable, and less stressful for everyday creators and small businesses.

Here’s how it works:

✅White Ink Stirring + Active Circulation

White ink naturally settles over time. O1 helps keep it moving not only inside the cartridge, but also through the ink path — helping reduce sediment buildup and support more stable white ink output.

✅Industrial Ceramic Heating Module

Ink performance can change with temperature. O1 uses an industrial ceramic heating module to help keep ink at a stable working temperature, supporting smoother ink flow, more consistent jetting, and more reliable output — especially in colder studios, garages, or workshops.

✅Vacation Mode with Moisturizing Liquid

Not printing every day? Vacation Mode with Moisturizing Liquid helps protect the printhead during longer idle periods, while O1’s self-developed integrated maintenance damper automatically switches between ink and moisturizing liquid to reduce unnecessary maintenance waste.

✅Humidity Sensor + App Monitoring

O1 monitors real workspace conditions and provides app alerts for ink levels and machine status, so you can respond earlier instead of discovering issues after a failed print.

✅Multiple Cleaning Modes

From routine cleaning to deeper maintenance after longer idle periods, O1 gives you different cleaning options for different situations — without unnecessary guesswork.

Maintenance is part of UV and DT printing.

But with O1, it doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
