(ps3) Is there a way to fix this ps3 (i tink its a dying gpu)

I have a fat ps3 model cechg04.

I got it gifted from a man in may of last year, he had it stored in his shed in our apartment building.

I tested it and it seemed to work, and put it in mine garage

after a couple of months i took it out to mod it but is gave image artifacts(after a couple minutes) and after a bit it stopped giving an image.

Now after even more moths i decided i want to fix it to gain experience in repairing stuff. Ting is i don't really know that much about ps3 repair.

So that why i am here to ask if you guys have any idea how to fix this?

Also the garage where i put it in houses other electronics and the never gave me any issue and i also have moistate eaters in there
