Pregnancy after loss

I have a perfect one and a half year-old that I can conceived with fertility treatments. I very unexpectedly got pregnant back in March which unfortunately ended in miscarriage. After that, we decided we wanted to actually start trying for a second and I got another positive yesterday. advice on how to manage pregnancy following loss? I feel like I can’t even get excited because of what happened last pregnancy and I’m just a ball of anxiety
