Lighting course for photography and video??

Hey friends, I'm looking for any summer/fall lighting workshops in the city. I am already working in the field as a producer but am looking to get more hands on with production for more freelance work in the future. I have a work stipend that i'm looking to spend to upgrade and polish my skills. Ideally looking to learn at an intermediate level, focusing on flash photography and learning how to shape light and use modifiers with continuous light.

Open to any and all suggestions.

Thank you!
