Divorce application, Kent, UK/England.

Hello, I am applying for divorce myself, but will use a solicitor for the financial order as I know that part can be a bit more complicated.

If anyone on here with some legal expertise or experience can advise me on a few things that would be greatly appreciated!

Within the sole application, where it asks for details of other legal proceedings, I have applied previously for a C100, SIO (granted) and PSO (granted) due to abuse and for child arrangements. Do I need to include these details here? And does my ex see what is written in this section? And do I need to give a lot of detail or just simply the court/reference number and it's for a C100/Child arrangements order

Within the financial division section, as I am going to have assistance with this part after I have applied for the divorce, do I need to do this now? Or later? Or doesn't really matter?

Also with the financial division section, it states for myself and additionally children. What does this mean as we use CMS for child maintenance?
