First time wearer looking for advice.

Heyo! I (20) am looking to start chastity training soon and was looking for advice as a first time wearer.

I'm looking to cage for self discipline/personal punishment reasons, including overcoming porn addiction and getting erections at the gym while looking at people and stuff of that calibre.
