Recommendation for mother 64F

I'm looking for a health insurance policy for my mother 64F. She's generally healthy, follows a good diet, goes to the gym regularly, and does not have hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol, although she may be slightly prediabetic. She does have some back pain/disc degeneration issues.
