aiw for going home on me and my gf holiday after she isnt looking after herself?

me and my gf went on holiday and she passed out from not eating.

me and my gf are both 19. shes struggling with an eating disorder. i have been trying to get her to talk to her GP about it but shes really against it.

shes not lost much weight so shes worried they wont take her seriously. but what she is doing is damaging her and she doesnt understand. she b/p, abuses laxatives and doesnt eat.;

we went to italy for 7 days. we flew there and she didnt eat, saying she wasnt hungry. she got mad and said if we want to enjoy this trip i need to let her not eat.

we were on day 3 and mixed with the heat, she passed out.

i told her if she doesnt start eating we are going to go home. she got mad and after drinking water, and everyone worrying about her she went back to the hotel room.

i told her if she doesnt eat im booking flights right now and we are going to have to leave only 3 days into our trip, causing another argument. booked the tickets and she refused to leave with me. she told me after spending all her money on a trip she wasnt going to leave early. i told her im not going to spend the time worrying about her after paying a lot of money to be here.

i went home, she refused to leave. after she came home (idk what she even did there) she blocked me and doesnt want to talk.
