Holy Spirit Conviction of Transition

Discussion - LGBTQ+ Issues

I suspect i will get banned for this but this is my real experience and as a Christian and someone who loves Jesus and His people, I am obligated to share this with you.

I lived as the opposite gender for 7 years. I started as an atheist who had come out of a Christian upbringing with a lot of anger and resentment related to misused religion, abuse adoption related things and other bad circumstances i won’t open up about here.

I ended up transitioning believing I was solving a problem which was more complex than I allowed myself to believe.

I began practicing witchcraft after ancient Mesopotamian paganism.

Jesus revealed himself to me in a dream 3 years ago.

I began to believe and gave my life Back to Him but was still too afraid to really reconsider my decisions and the pain in my life. I Even started a bible study group that was in favor of the way I was living through a local affirming church. My life fell apart through many bad choices and unfortunate life circumstances.

He gave me another chance and gave me the gift from the Holy Spirit of interpretation of Scriptures. When He did this, I could no longer twist the Bible to justify my actions.

I decided to detransition and take time off of work. I immediately was crushed with gender dyspohoria, and I began grieving the persona I had created. I was devastated and it felt like a love one died.

Jesus spoke into my heart the truth, however. I prayed to him repeatedly while laying down the next night saying “break my chains” (3x). it was then that I felt what was like fire and rushing wind over my body and i couldn’t see light above me. I felt something lift off of me that was dark and heavy.

I no longer have dysphoria. or dysmorphia either, for that matter.

Since then I have had a deep connection with Jesus, felt His real love, not the story time fairytale sunshine and rainbows love like out of a kids movie about the easter bunny.

I have witnessed miracles that boggle the mind and have seen heaven twice. This isn’t the important part, but it’s definitely a blessing a was unprepared for without surrendering my heart.

Jesus is so faithful and so loving to His children. His patience is not permission.

Im not here to condemn anyone, I share this for anyone who may feel a tug in their heart already.

I still have a million areas of my life He is helping me change

Don’t be afraid, Jesus can help you. People may hate you for changing back, (on both sides). Many of my old friends called me manic and talked about me behind my back for my decision, and many Christians have left me feeling excluded because of my former life. It’s all worth it because of my relationship with Jesus. He sees your struggle, He loves you, and He has called you by name
