Reduce end lag

the amount of end lag is so annoying and i cant seem to find anyway to recover faster. dashing and reloading or shielding all seem to be the same speed. the animation plays at the same speed and cuts endlag the same. can anyone help with testing this? is there any way to reduce the endlag after wsfb and wf?
