DOB change in inter and matrix marksheets

Hello, I recently noticed that my date of birth on my matrix and inter marksheets and CNIC do not match, causing issues with workplace verification and my Bar Council license. However, my DOB is correct on my undergraduate degree. I contacted AKUEB, and they asked me to fill out correction forms signed by both my college and school. My college agreed to sign, but my school refused, leading to a deadlock. Please advise on how to resolve this.
