Request for assistance from a Hebrew speaker

I want to stitch a gift for my husband for Father's Day. Essentially I want to just create a list of our children's names, and say he is their father....like xxx is the father of xxx, xxx, xxx. I used Google translate but idk if it is right. Could someone help so I don't mess it up? He speaks and reads Hebrew fluently and I don't want to embarrass myself lol.
