Do they have surveys like YouGov and can users participate from all over the world?

I'm from India, and I use YouGov and it worked as they paid once I had enough points. I'm thinking to try Prolific as well. I just found about it on Reddit only.

Some doubts:

1. Does it also give surveys like YouGov? Or is it a different thing?

2. Do I have to make efforts to get the tasks/surveys? Or you just wait and you get them randomly like YouGov?

3. Is there any eligibility criteria? Will there be any issues if I praticipate from India? Can I get paid?
