looking for instagram growth tips, are reels the key?

i’ve been trying to grow my account but it feels pretty slow even though i post regularly. lately i’ve noticed that reels seem to get way more reach compared to regular posts and stories.

i’m currently working on improving my editing to make better reels. has anyone seen a big difference in growth after focusing more on reels? what kind of content or editing style has worked best for you when trying to reach a bigger audience? any tips on consistency or hooks that actually help?
