Short North or Arena District?

Hello, 30 something here from Dayton - husband and I are visiting Cbus on Saturday to see friends. I was curious on opinions of Short North vs Arena District (Park St. area) re: bars/nightlife.

The last time I was downtown was like 2019 for a 90s crawl near Park St. Is Brothers still a dancing spot? I saw Callahan's closed. And there was a huge (Latin?) nightclub, is that still around?

Are there any places that have 2 levels/sections, where one is dancing and one is more chill? (Some of us like dancing, some dont)

Best barcade?
