How to start

I'm a fresh BSN graduate and I still have months before mag start ang review season namin and I want to be productive para na rin maka ipon pang bayad sa review center and other expenses. I'm well versed naman in using the computer, my cousin suggested na mag try ng medicalVA jobs para magamit yung degree ko pero di ko alam saan mag sisimula mag hanap, I have tried apply numerous times sa job street (not related to medicalva) pero no response or hindi napipili so I'm stuck wondering what i did wrong. Advice very much needed.
