How long do sellers typically take to reship?

Hey guys, my first original shipment was “held by customs”. I was told that by my TS. This was on June 10th. My first original bag was shipped out on May 19th and got to the US around May 27th. My seller said she would reship the bag but hasn’t said anything to me since. I don’t want to be one of those crazed buyers as I do really like this seller! I’m just bummed as this was my first purchase. Anybody had this happen to the before?
