Number of Working Hours

Hello po, I would just like to ask if my situation is a reportable offense sa DOLE if I don’t get any further clarification from HR.

I just received my recent payslip as someone that’s new to the workforce. In that payslip, it only says I worked for 96 hours (8 days), when in fact I actually worked for 121 hours (11 days) in the this cut-off (June 15th). The HR payroll team explained to me that working for more than 96 hours is considered overtime and they told me there was an overtime form that I needed to fill up before the cut-off (take note I was only informed of this just now). I just assumed those hours would be counted because they usually send us our plotted working schedule in our official work gc. Is it okay for them to not pay me because I didn’t fill up the overtime form despite having proofs of me working on those days?

For further context, this June 15th cut-off is from May 26th to June 10th.
