I can't remember some cult movies in last 5 to 6 years. Some unwanted thoughts creeps in too...did our movie Industry really fall to encash on previous generation success? Where we more dependent on remake? Did riding the PAN India wave hurt us a lot? So many other thoughts too. It's scary.

Suddenly I had this thought that we are lacking good looking or Charming or even talented heros. Let's do the math. Forgive me if I'm wrong.

While some where charming, others where handsome and some where really good with Dance & Fights. Where ready to put in the work to get shit done.

Lets rundown memory lane :

We had Dr Rajkumar - one man army. Legendary. After Him we have

VishnuVardhan Sir || Ambareesh Sir || Srinath Sir || Ramakrishna Sir || Dwarakish Sir || Lokesh Sir || Jai Jagadish Sir || Tiger Prabhakar Sir, Devaraj Sir || Sai Kumar Sir and many more ! After them we have

Shivarajkumar || Shashi Kumar || Ramesh Arvind || Ram Kumar || Sunil || Ravichandran || Upendra || Raghavendra Rajkumar || and many more!! Later, last leg we have

Puneeth Rajkumar || Sudeep || Ganesh || Vijay || Prem || Darshan || Aditya || Yash || Rishab Shetty || Rakshit Shetty || Vijay Raghavendra || SriMurali || Prajwal Devraj || Diganth and few more....

What do we have now ???

Nepo babies incapable of acting or dancing or emoting... This is also a root cause for audience not turning up. Face card matters for heros too.

Am I wrong in my analysis? I can't unthink this !!!

Are we lacking good looking, charming Heros in Kannada film industry after 2022? The new legs aren't firing...Face card matters for heros too right.
