Regular CTDs with similar crash logs - Help

So I've been getting regular crashes for a while now, and have been unable to resolve the issue or find the culprit(s). The crashes often happen during combat, upon collision between my weapon and an enemy, but they also happen in the wild while I'm just walking/running (mostly outside). The crash logs are always more or less the same (at least in the "possible relevant objects" part).

I'm currently trying to do the first LOTD excavation quest in Windcaller Pass and I've already crashed 3 times (2 times when fighting trolls, 1 when clearing a spider web).

I'll share the 3 crash logs below, as you will see they are near identical, hoping one of you will have a clue as to what mod(s) could be causing that. From what I understand they seem to be animation and/or mesh-related. I've tried running Pandora again several times but to no avail. I saw that people were also experiencing crashes with the Precision mod, could it be it? If that's the case that would be a bummer as it's a must-have mod for combat imo.

Plugins list is at the end of the crash logs but I can provide my modlist if needed.
