International Travel with Carry On

Has anyone traveled internationally recently with the regular carry on (not smaller or expandable)? I’m measuring it at home and it seems to be just under the carry on sizes for Air Canada and Lufthansa but online, the measurements are bigger.

Curious if anyone has had issues on an international flight with it. TIA!
