The marketing advice that actually changed how I think about it.

For the longest time I treated marketing as something you do after the product is ready. Big mistake.

By the time I launched I had zero audience, zero trust, and zero people waiting. I had to start from scratch while also trying to fix bugs, improve the product, and figure out pricing all at the same time.

The thing I wish someone told me earlier: marketing is just talking about your problem in public, consistently, before you even have a solution. Every post, every comment, every reply builds a tiny bit of trust with someone.

You don't need a big audience. You need the right 10 people to know you exist and trust you enough to try what you built.

Start before you're ready. Post before it feels comfortable. Talk about the problem before you have the perfect product.

What's stopping you from talking about what you're building right now?
