Anyone else have problems logging into multiple mobile devices with the same account?

I downloaded the game on both mobile and ipad. If I finish logging in first with my Nintendo Account with the iPad I can't login on my phone and vice versa.

Are we restricted to 1 mobile device or is that a bug?
