How is this build? Looking for advices

Im going to get a new pc so i said why not go nuts?

So i got a few questions.

- Are the fans right?

- Will the PSU be enough?

- Should i switch to Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo XL White?

- Is there anything im missing, or is there anything unnecessary? (In the case)

This is my first time going to use ASUS liquid cooler, so will it make too much of a difference between arctic lf 3 pro ( could be negative or positive difference).

Is the asus aio silent?
