Constantly getting sick.

Hi guys. I’m 15 years post transplant and for the last 8 years I’ve had a public facing job. Lately I’ve been catching every bug that goes around.

I wonder how others manage working with a compromised immune system? Hi we do you handle sick days? Do you have an arrangement of some kind set up in the workplace?
