Evicting a spouse during divorce

I served him in February. He got a lawyer at the 11 hour. His lawyer ignores my lawyer. He is living in the apartment I pay for and clean and refuses to discuss leaving and acts like a victim when I try to engage. Our lease is up in August but it is a huge, inexpensive apartment. I know when I renew the lease he’s just going to stay. My lawyer is calling and leaving messages and sending emails about the deadline. I didn’t realize the extent of what a grifter he is until this. He has been unemployed and not trying for years. Have any of you had success removing a spouse? He is careful to not engage with me so I can’t claim I need a restraining order. He’s simply exploiting me.
