Manga Recap?

I was reading the Manga until I feel sick a couple of months ago and stopped around chapter 230ish where he fights 70 men.

I'm now trying to pick it up again but have forgotten most of the names and subplot and stuff. Is there any resource to kind of recap the entire thing maybe chapter by chapter or volume by volume...any post or video would help.
