Looking for player (PanPan) I just raced with

As the title says

I raced with someone named PanPan (using Hotori as their character) and did 3 rounds with them. Got to ride in the same car, I drove and they shot. Had an absolute blast doing it and I just want to add them as a friend. NTE doesn't let you do that from the in game screen, so I'm taking a shot at finding them here.

If you're here and you want to be friends, this is Flace, the Adler that you raced 3 rounds back-to-back with.

On topic: it would be nice if NTE added an "Add as Friend" function to multi-player events so you can continue playing with people you mesh with.
