enclosure recommendations

hi! i’m moving into an apartment soon and i’m looking to upgrade my hamsters enclosure. i need it to be relatively cheap as im an 18 year old broke college student and i also need it to be somewhat easy to transport as the new apartment is around an hour away and im looking to visit home every once in awhile (so nothing heavy like an aquarium i would not be able to carry that lol). any recommendations?

also to add on do you think driving back and forth would be too stressful to the hamster? not too often, like once a month or so
