Stop finding probs with me SPF

Ive been talking this person for awhile and we ended up having the same pfp as this person and it was someone close to me but my parents didnt like the person and fast foward ive gotten into a police case but the person wasnt involved in it at all this all happend a few months ago. Tdy the SPF prob hacked into my phone invading my privacy looking through my chats if im talking to this person and i kena by parents is this valid or nah cus to me this is straight up bs. Im not doing anything illegal? Im just talking to someone adn they take measures till this far people have been doing illegal stuff everywhere doing crimes killing animals instead of taking actions about these people they come investigate who im texting
