Local jeweller recommendations for engagement ring?

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for independent jewellers in Edinburgh please?

I’m looking for something fairly traditional and understated, from a local independent business that uses ethical/sustainable materials, and (this might be the tricky part) something budget-friendly, say max. £2,500.

Has anyone had a particularly good experience with a local jeweller, either buying off the shelf or having something made?
