Is this a good build?

I recently reached Max level and now I want to make a lifesteal based build, but I'm unsure wether or not the build is actually good.

The build would be:

-Awk Buddha (for damage reduction and range)

-Ghoul V3/V4 (if I get someone to help with trials and mirage)

-Ghoul mask

-Sanguine Art
