kontakt player 7 not working?

hi, idk if anyone else has the same issue but in ableton 12 all of my ni plugins BUT kontakt player 7 are showing in my plugin list? i just bought a new instrument and now i can't use it :(

i've tried installing and uninstalling with no luck, and a lot of my kontakt instruments aren't appearing in kontakt 6, so can't use that.

it might be that my computer is a bit old but otherwise can anyone suggest a way to fix this?
