New/old player

I played in the ancient times(1999-2004) and recently have gotten interested in playing again.
I cracked three booster packs of perfect order cards on a whim and have the itch to build a deck and play at a local shop. Where do you recommend to get started? What’s the best way to brush up so I don’t feel foolish.
