Why can't I add Armenia to my EU federation?
I have the claims and we are allied, yet for some reason I can't add them to my Federation. Is there a reason for this? Because I cannot find it. Same thing with Belarus and Azerbaijan.
I have added also a picture of the in game screen of Armenia for an example. Is this a bug?
