Bruises on leg

Im 18 i have PCOS and i got my period 6 days ago after like a year or so

Since my period started i started to notice random bruises on my legs. There are now two on my left leg and one on my right. Is this normal? My period should be ending today but ive just recently noticed the one on my right leg

Im not currently on any kind of medication
