What’s it like working at Vast Space or Impulse Space?

Graduating AE Master’s student in the greater Los Angeles region with a specialization and (intern) experience in spacecraft astrodynamics + GNC. To those who are or have been at these companies, what is it like? Their missions and the associated challenges sound unique and interesting from a GNC perspective. Thanks!!
