How to play Colorstorm Stallion

I've just had two drafts in a row where I opened [[Colorstorm Stallion]] and I won total of 2 games. I had two more in the past and went 0-3 and cannot find the other one, but I don't think I copied it even once. This time I even included hexproof tricks, but to no avail. Every god damned time the opponent has answer before I can get any value. If it lives somehow, I don't have 5MV spells.

One of the decks had [[Splatter Technique]], the other [[Echocasting Symposium]] and [[Wisdom of Ages]], prudent curves, maybe a few underwhelming cards. No difference.

So my question is, how do you build decks with the horse? I cannot pack my deck with 6-7 5MV spells, can I? Do you rely on X spells? Tome Blasts? It's like a trap for me now.
