Research experience in Karachi

Hi, I’m a pharmacist with almost 3 years of hosp experience wanting to apply abroad in public heath research programs. To have a stronger profile I heard you need to have some sort of research experience which I don’t have. Is there anyone working in the research industry that could help me out? There are very few research organisations in khi and none of them have entry level positions open rn. I’m also open to volunteering in public health projects to strengthen my profile. Thanks!
