I want to make a good/okay team

I just started playing pokemon champions, but i dont really know much about the battling. Ive always wanted to try pokemon battles, but never got the games since i dont have switch etc. So are any of these mons good? (i transferred some pokemon from go to this so i could play them, like tyranitar, metagross). And any tips/tricks to know how to start?
