I don’t know how to help my Mom out anymore—Lord ipanalo mo na si Mama pls

Isa lang ang wish ko now— that my Mom wins in life. Matagal na si Mama sa UAE almost 15+ years na and she has a lot of experience already.

From starting as DH way back 2007 she managed to climbed the corpo ladder and is now working in HR field kahit hindi sya college graduate. She’s one of the most hardworking person I know pero luck hasn’t been on our side lately.

Almost 2 years nang unstable yung current company niya and salary has been delayed for several months up to the point na we have to rely on credit card use. I have a full time job and decently paying so I’m helping out with other expenses na we decided to split 50/50 (rent, loans, PH Remittance, and food) but since wala naman syang sahod I’m paying the full amount of rent, sister’s allowance and food.

She’s been applying for new jobs din since last year pero kasi mom is 40+ years old na kaya nahihirapan din sya makipag-compete so job market despite her experience. Meron naman natatanggap na calls for interview but hanggang duon lang or super lowball naman ang offer and hindi pa guaranteed if stable ang company. I don’t know how I can be of help kasi ayaw niya din naman magresign agad without back-up kasi it will be tougher and mas gusto niya na nagwwork sya than being bakante.

Financially challenged na kami since bills are split out 50/50 and some of it I can only cover so much. Hindi ko na iniisip yung savings ko since im treating it as an emergency fund to help out na pero hindi ko din alam how long this arrangement can last kasi mukang malapit na magfile ng bankruptcy and company and if that happens years of hardwork wala siyang matatanggap.

Breadwinner po ang Mama ko and nagsisimula na kami magdip sa savings niya. Baka naman po may ma-aadvice kayo or may alam kayong job opening for HR position. 🥺
