Shopee Dispute

Hello po. I ordered an item sa Shopee (15k value) and unfortunately, the item is defective. I returned the item but the item received by the seller is replaced (same box but item is different). Wala ko evidence na yung defective item yung nilagay ko sa box. ☹️

May chance ba ko dito for refund?
