Does anyone else have issues with the world affairs shipping?

The last two times I've bought from there I've always selected home delivery but the spanners send it for ups collection which is a massive inconvenience for me since I live in a small village and I would have to travel 14km just to receive the bloody package like what the hell are they doing they're not even providing the service I paid for.
