Looking for advice on self-expression, dating, and acceptance

Need Advice :snoo_thoughtful:

Im 21 years old and identify as a femboy or trans. Im currently using estrogen gel and Im not taking testosterone blockers, but I mainly mention that just for context.

Lately, Ive been struggling with questions about my future, relationships, and self-expression. I often wonder what kind of life I want to build for myself and whether Ill be able to live in a way that truly makes me happy.

One of my biggest struggles is dating and building connections with people. I worry that I wont be accepted for who I am, which makes it difficult to open up to others.

Im also afraid of getting hurt. My past experiences havent been great, and I dont know where I could meet a potential partner who would be accepting.

These thoughts make me insecure, and I put a lot of pressure on myself because I want to live authentically.

Im also unsure about what direction I want to take regarding HRT. Id appreciate advice or hearing from people who have gone through similar experiences.

Im not expecting anyone to tell me who I am or what decisions I should make. I know thats something I have to figure out myself.

How did you deal with fears about dating, acceptance, or finding your community? Did things get easier over time?

At the end of the day, I just want to express myself freely and live a happy, fulfilling life.

If anyone has advice or wants to share their experience, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you for reading.
