[DS2 Episode 14] Stuck on progressing stars for Mr Impossible

Basically what the title says.
I got Mr Impossible to about 3.8 Stars and now cant get any further, I have delivered maybe 6 orders since. (guess they really are impossible)
I have already done sub order 124 and I believe 125 requires 5 stars with Mr Impossible to unlock?
I am currently in Episode 14 where I need to return to Sam's Shelter to find an item to progress the story.

I did achieve S rank on both, but the Stars aren't going up
