Legal Drafting & Case Guidance (LLB Student | Court Internship Experience)
Hi everyone,
I'm an LLB student (dual degree, also pursuing a BA in English Literature, History, and Political Science) with hands-on drafting experience from a district court internship, where I independently drafted a wide range of legal documents. I currently offer legal drafting and case-guidance services on Fiverr/Upwork, and wanted to share this here for anyone who might find it useful.
If you need a clear roadmap of your case before spending lakhs in court, I'm here to help you figure that out first.
For ₹5,000 (one case), here's what I can help with:
•Going through the facts of your situation in detail
•Reviewing any documents, notices, or summons you've already received, and explaining what they mean and what's expected of you
•Mapping out what the law says applies to your case, and a clear roadmap of your options
•Explaining what could realistically happen, and what actions or remedies you could pursue — what can be filed, where, and under which provisions
•Walking you through court procedure — what happens at each stage, expected timelines, what to expect at hearings
Pointing out the strengths and weaknesses in your case so you go in with realistic expectations
•Preparing a mock draft, or the actual draft, of the relevant application or legal document
|Ongoing queries on the same case afterward, whenever you need them
Note: I'm a final year LLB student, not yet an enrolled advocate. I've previously interned at a district court where I independently handled a substantial volume of drafting work, and I do practice in the District Court, which keeps me closely connected to real court practice. If any case raises something beyond my current understanding, I have access to senior advocates I can check with before getting back to you. That said, this is legal research, guidance, and drafting support — not formal legal advice from a practicing lawyer, and I can't represent you in court. For court representation or a formal legal opinion, you'll still need a practicing advocate, and I'm happy to help you understand what to look for in one.
