Red Spots from Sugaring

I 25(m) recently got my back and shoulders sugared before a trip to the beach (almost two weeks ago now) and loved the results. It looked clean, natural, no problems. A couple days in I noticed a handful of red spots appear and didn’t think much of it because I’m prone to bacne. I had my partner wash my back with some differn (10%) and figured it would clear up. About a week in he mentioned that it looked pretty back and upon checking the mirror, it looks like I have chicken pox back there.

I’ve been religious washing it with differn and a silicon back brush but that doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve also tried hypoclorous acid spray and a sugar scrub and nothing seems to be helping. I’m hoping someone has the miracle formula how to clear this up. I have another trip with lots of “shirt off” time coming up and really would love to not look like I caught a new form of plague.

Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated!
